Lieutenant Colonel Coulter served honorably for 23 years with assignments that included Chief Operations for the 25th Infantry Division, Commander of Logistics for the 1st Battalion, 36th Infantry Regiment 1st Armored Division in Iraq, as well as Senior Advisor to the Afghan Army. He was the former Professor of Military Science at St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY.
